Can not add a password when creating a new user.

I can not add a password to a new user or change a password using ConsoleOne on my admin workstation.  When I try to add the user I get "error 319- An internal program error has occurred"  I can add and change password through iManage and I can also get ConsoleOne to work correctly on another workstation.  I have trying uninstalling and reinstalling ConsoleOne but it has not helped.  I am trying to avoid reformating the admin workstation because of all the other this I have running on it.  Any thoughts?Start Free Trial
