Nero Show Time Error with VCD

whenever I try to play a VCD with nero show time I get error:

Internal Error.Cannot build graph. The application may  be installed incorrectly

At presently I am using Nero 7.5.9.0 A, this error occurred with every previous version also. I unistalled and reinstalled ner many times. Used nero registry clean tools also . I can play the dat files however by rightclicking and selecting play with nero show time. with same VCD
