How to upgrade from Windows Server 2003 SP2 Standard to Windows 2003 Enterprise Server

I am trying to find the process of upgrading a Windows Server 2003 SP2 Standard Edition to Windows 2003 Enterprise Version. I want to take advanatge of see over the restricted 4GB on Windows Standard edition. I have not been able to find any instructions. The Enterprise R2 edition states that the current version of the OS is newer than the version on the CD. Is there a
