Mounting USB Flash Drive in OpenDarwin

Hello-

I've recently been playing around with OpenDarwin. I have been having an issue where OpenDarwin will automatically mount CD-ROMs into /Volumes, but it won't automatically mount my 256MB USB flash drive that is formatted in FAT. What is the command for mounting this?

I know for sure that the drive works (under both Windows Vista and OS X), and it doesn't have anything like U3.

Thanks!

I have indeed tried "mount", with no success. I have also tried "mount_msdos", but I'm not entirely sure if its use is necessary. My newest theory is that there must be some sort of missing driver, considering the drive needs to be "installed" when it is plugged in under Windows XP, before it can be used in Windows Explorer. Thoughts?
I have pretty much stopped working with OpenDarwin because it isn't compatible with amd64, which the application requires. However, I have switched over to FreeBSD, and was successful in mounting the same flash drive using FreeBSD's mount_msdosfs command. However, the mount command was helpful in finding which device was the flash drive on the system.
