Missing "Mobile Device" Icon

Hi

Under "My Computer" there should be an Icon for "My Mobile Device" or "Mobile Device". However it is not there, nor is there an icon in the control panel.

I have installed ActiveSync 4.5 and the phone does allow me to explore it, but I have to open up active synch and click explore on there. The phone is an SPVe650 Windows Mobile.

How can I get this icon to appear?
