Netmeeting is intended to be used on a LAN. Because of all the ports and port ranges necessary it is not really practical to do port forwarding with Netmeeting and it could even create a security risk. If you need to use Netmeeting the best bet is to create a VPN (Virtual Private Network) and then you can easily use Netmeeting between remote location securely and without complicated port forwarding:
