How do I control an xp machine using windows meeting place?

I am trying to learn how to gain control of a xp machine using windows meeting place on my vista machine. I have used netmeeting in the past between two xp machines but I understand netmeeting isn't available in vista. I've looked at using logmein free but want to try and use meeting place instead. Can I even use meeting place with a xp machine? Alternatively, if there are better xp and vista compatible free software available please let me know. Many thanks

Meeting place so far is Vista only. Why not just use remote desktop connection or remote assistance if there is a user on the other end you wish to interact with. The following link should help:

 I've read that article before and the xp pc I need to gain control of is only xp home edition, not professional. As it happens I found a hotfix to download netmeeting 3.02 for Vista. I tested it and it works fine so problem solved! In case you ever get anyone ask you for netmeeting in Vista give them this link:

I do believe I answered your orignal question. You asked about using Windows Meeting Place on XP and I stated that the software in question only runs on Vista. I even gave you an alternative as requested.
