Need help selecting video conferencing software for minimum of four people

I need help on selecting software for Video conferencing. It has to be easy to install, rock solid reliable and problem free.

It doesn't have to be free,  but it has to be cheap or free. If it costs something, I still must be able to try multi-party video conferencing for free before buying.

We all have MSN messengers and Skypes, so it can be a plug-in but doesn't have to be. Good points for good recommendation...
