Microsoft Live Meeting 2007 is unable to share programs

Asked by Summit-IT in Conferencing Software, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows XP Operating System

The conferencing solution that we currently have in place is Microsoft Live Meeting 2007.  We currently have about 100 users set up and using the software.  So far I have only seen this issue twice.  This issue is this:  Live Meeting cannot share any programs or content.  When you open the share drop-down menu the only thing available is "Open New Program."  I have tried uninstalling it and removing the registry keys as well as the lmxp32.dll out of the "system32" windows folder.  Both of those were suggested by microsoft regarding a similar issue.  Has anyone seen this before and no a good fix for this issue?Start Free Trial
