Polycom PVX and Network

I have installed a polycom ViaVideo II w/ the polycom PVX 6.0.2 software. I "THINK" i have the router configured properlly, but I am having a problem.  I can connect to 1 particular site that has a VSX800?? without any problem (they can "dial" in to), however, whenever I attempt to connect to any other polycom station we use (I believe they are older viewstations), i get an error message similar to:

"The destination address is not serviced by the intermediate network through which the call is routed"

I believe everything is compatable??? any thoughtsStart Free Trial
