I am a support specialist for our company. We currently use Webex to remote into people's PCs and this solution works very well so far, however, we are looking to provide our sales force with company laptops in the future and this will change the optics - currently, our sales force use their own PCs and these pcs don't have admin rights. When we deploy the PCs to the sales people, we will only give them limited rights so my question is:
Does anyone know a product that would allow me to remote into these laptops as the administrator (while protecting the user name and password from the end user) so I could install new software applications, upgrade their antivirus etc.
The most important thing would be for me to keep the administrative user and password safe - otherwise we risk them installing lots of things on those PCs. Just wandering if there is a product that could accomodate this. .

You could use a product like GoToMyPC.com which gives you the ability to remotely logoff and relogin with Administrative privileges. When you done installing you can logoff and have the end user login with their own credentials.
