The WebEX add-on was disabled in Outlook. Went to Help, then add-on and re-enabled it.

Browse All TopicsI am using the latest WebEx Productivity tools ( upgraded because the previous set wasn't working either) with the MS Office Suite.
I have checked all of settings several times and cannot get Outlook to show the WebEx Online Button or if I use OneClick can I get a meeting scheduled with WebEx. It simple sends out an invitation with just the black Outlook info in it.
I can start an Instant Meeting. Not what I need most of the time. I need to be able to schedule one.
What am I doing wrong.
Thx.

Have you tried un-installing and then re-installing?
I would suggest re-installing in Selective Startup mode (Start > Run > msconfig), disable Startup Items and then click services tab. Tick the hide Microsoft Services and then unselect all. Then Ok and restart the machine.
