SMTP error bounces sender's email to us - whose server ?

(We are running GW 6.5.)  There are about 20 people in a particular civic group in our town.  One of our engineers (Susan Richard) is a member.  When a specific person (lambservices.com) in this group emails the entire list, her message is bounced back to her by about 4 other members, including our engineer.  Below is what she gets back:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:           Let's Do Lunch Tomorrow+ACE-
      Sent:                10/25/2005 8:23 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

       'Susan Richard' on 10/25/2005 8:23 AM
            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
            <lambmail.lambservices.com #5.5.0 smtp;550-authsmtp05: Host 68.228.0.160: No unauthenticated relaying permitted to>

Can anyone tell me if the problem is on her server (lambservices) or is a setting on our server that blocks her email ?

Thanks.
