The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. GroupWise 7 login Problems

Ok, First let me state that I am knew to Novell and Groupwise.  I also started working on an enviroment another admin put in.

The client I am working for is having all kinds of database errors and getting the C022 error message a lot.  I rebuild the database and it seems to work for a few days or a few hours before they start getting the error messages again.  Well that just 1 of the problems.

The main problem I am having is I have 2 users that can't login to GW7.  They were able to get in a few days ago but now when they click on their GW icon and looks like its going to load but then brings up this login window and at the bottom it says somethong about their account having problems.  For the life of me I can't figure out why they are getting this login screen when they try and open GW.
