Posted auto-date appointments disappeared

GroupWise agents and client version 6.5.4.

I have a user who reported (after the 2nd time) that for two different posted, repeating appointments, the appointments disappeared her calendar.  This occurred at different times.  The calendar is mostly maintained by an assistant who has read/write proxy access to the calendar of the user who lost the appointments.  The owner has been using GroupWise calendar functions for about 4 months and the assistant has been using it for over year.  

This is not something I can reproduce, and I use have posted appointments in my mailbox for years and have not had a similar problem.  While anything is possible, the assistant says with a high degree of certainty that she did not accidentally delete all instances of both appointments.  She says it is possible that one instance that is part of an auto-date set might have been deleted but she is familiar with the This Instance vs All Instances prompt and would not have answered that incorrectly.

I did run gwcheck (via console one) on both the mailbox with the problem and the mailbox of the assistant (used to proxy into the problem mailbox).  I don't really know how to interpret gw check errors reported and fixed as the docs I've looked at don't say much about what the gwcheck results mean so I don't know if gwcheck may have now addressed the issue.  I've included the gwcheck log at the end of this message for the user with the problem mailbox.  I can post the log for the assistant if that makes a difference, but I assume it wouldn't since she is just proxying into the problem mailbox.

Any ideas?
