Using Groupwise 7 Outlook connector with Outlook 2003, now can't pop email?

I have seen this asked before but never seen a resolution.  When using Outlook 2003 client with groupwise 7 connector our in-house email works fine (groupwise backend.)  But, when trying to set up a pop3 email account also, it will not receive mail from the pop3 account ,but instead gives an unknown error 0x80060401.  If I set it up to receive headers only - it will work, but when trying to receive the entire message it give this error.  I have tried everything I can think of and about ready to pull my hair out.  I seem to be able to send pop mail fine, just not receive.  Unfortunately it is desired from higher management to use Outlook but as stated, our backend is GW.  Please, help!?Start Free Trial
