New to GroupWise and Netware. Detailed instructions required to configure GWIA in a preexisting domain.

I just stepped into this GroupWise 7.0 environment. Currently routing of email is done  through dirct AyscGateway to another organization who is providing spam filtering for us. However we are ready to host our own spam filter solution. So I need to configure relay host and IMPA access.

We have two Netware 6.5 servers. One runs Groupwise 7.0.2  and the other one is a File server.
File Server is hardly used, so I installed GWIA on it and now I am trying to configure it.

While installing the GWIA the program was unable to verify internet connectivity and DNS function. I know the server has an IP address and DNS configured properly as I can browse the web from the server.

GWIA object show up in the Console One.  I can telnet to port 25/110/143 on the server where GWIA is installed.

Can I verify that it is working as it should?
Where do I go to specify this newly installed GWIA as the perferred route?
Do in need to create a NAT on my router. (it's a cisco 800 series). What ports?
