I have one client that when using Groupwise client to create a new message, the message automatically minimizes to the bottom of the desktop and then one must right-click on the open message to "maximize" to see the message and work with it.
This also happens when opening a read or unread message.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it is still happening.
Please reply if you have any suggestions to repair this problem.
Thanks.

Is the message actually Minimized? If so, when you use the menu to maximize it, then there will also be a "Restore" option on the menu as well. If that option is grayed out, then the window is probably not really minimized, but just off the visible part of the screen.
This can happen if you change screen resolutions, or use multiple displays, such as a notebook that is sometimes connected to a monitor but not always.
Try right clicking on the task bar and choosing the Cascade Windows option while GroupWise is open with a new message. This should resize all windows to fit on the visible screen.
