420 Write errors only when replying to a certain domain

I am having a strange issue with one domain that some of my users send mail to. If we create a new mail and send it there is no issue. If we reply to any mail from that domain then we get a 420 write error in our gwia log. I have tested this myself and I have checked that both my default send and reply is set to HTML so I am not sure that would be the issue. What I do know about the domain we are sending is they are on a Win 2003 platform with Exchange 2003. Any help would be appreciated.
