GroupWise 5.5 Error Messages

I constantly receive these types of error messages from GroupWise;

Domain.PostOffice Error: C067-Database Store number is invalid
Type of message: Defer till late
Type of message: Retrac
To requeue, save the last attachment to <post office path>\WPCSOUT\OFS\0

I have tried doing a top-down-rebuild and it did not fix the problem.  I'm wondering if I should stop the post office then rename the following three sub-folders in my post office;
WPCSIN, WPCSOUT, and MSLOCAL to see if it fixes the problem.  Please advise.  Thank you.
