GroupWise 5.5 Error Messages

I constantly receive these types of error messages from GroupWise;

Domain.PostOffice Error: C067-Database Store number is invalid
Type of message: Defer till late
Type of message: Retrac
To requeue, save the last attachment to <post office path>\WPCSOUT\OFS\0

I have tried doing a top-down-rebuild and it did not fix the problem.  I'm wondering if I should stop the post office then rename the following three sub-folders in my post office;
WPCSIN, WPCSOUT, and MSLOCAL to see if it fixes the problem.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Are you using client-server mode or direct access?

If using direct access, make sure that all users have rights to the required post office directories.

During your rebuild did you also rebuild the user and message databases?

Access mode is set to Client/Server Only.  When I do the top down rebuild, I only Rebuild my domain and my post office.  I will try running the Structurally Rebuild of all User and Message databases this weekend and see what happens.
