groupwise forward rule to forward, not as attachment

how do i setup a rule so that my groupwise forards an email as "forward", not "forward as attachment"

here is the situation, my groupwise is forwarding emails "as attachments" to and exchange mail system which is then talking to a BES server and sending the message onto the blackberry. the problem here is that my blackberry cannot read the "forward as attachment emails" RIM confirmed that the .msg from gw to exchange, the BES doesnt understand the file attachment .msg
so the only workaround to change the forwards from "as attatchment" to "forward"
