Any ideas? We have this working on some workstations, and just can't find a difference in the configuration between them and the ones we're trying to set up now. Thanks!

Try fixing the problem with these steps:
Un-install Outlook
Un-install GroupWise
Run the GroupWise cleaning agent you can download from Novell (www.novell.com/downloads and search on setupca.exe) Note it says it is for GroupWise 5.5 but it works just fine even on GW 8)
Reboot
Re-install GroupWise 6.5.4 or later client
Re-install Outlook 2003
Don't install the GroupWise Connector
Hide or delete the GroupWise icon so users aren't tempted to use it over Outlook.
The above is what I did to get a machines working on a GW install where Outlook as the email client was required. We didn't use the GW Connector, rather the full GW client.
