I just installed Lotus Notes 6 on a client computer at work. Whenever he logs in and clicks to enter his mailbox, there's a security window that pops up. It reads as follows:

I've been playing around a little, but I can't make these messages go away. Once you get through them you can see all of his e-mail and things seem to be find. But when you open a mail, you get another repeat of the above window and then finall a window that says "Variant does not contain an object" that pops up as the message finally loads.
I was reading about the ECL list, but for some reason this user, when I go into the Security -> User Security menu, all of the ECL options are greyed out... I can't change anything.
I should also note that he was a returning user and his ID file was gone. We still had his nsf files, but I had to reregister and recreate an ID file.
If anyone has any help or leads it would be greatly appreciated!
