The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. This database cannot be opened because a consistency check of it is in progress  "

I am restart Domino Server and for not able to access to the database. Message come up  "This database cannot be opened because a consistency check of it is in progress  " Size of the database 25,849,233,408 and keeps 220 000 records ..
Alomost 3 hours for now and still not able to access . How long this will be take and I will be  able to access to this database in this point .
