With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution.   • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Unable to open Name and Address Book (names.nsf), due to error 'File does not exist'.

Hi,

Proble details:

Client unable to login to lotus notes
Client getting error: Unable to open Name and Address Book (names.nsf), due to error 'File does not exist'. Locations cannot be used until the problem has been corrected
Client gets error as soon as she opens lotus notes
Client unable to click on file or any tool bar options as the error comes up and the tool bar is greyed out
When she clicks on ok to error notes shuts down
