This is a long shot for me.
I do not have a lot of information just that one of my users sends an email the owner in Asia.
We are using outlook 2003 they are using Lotus notes notes (not sure of ver.)
When my user send email to owner and owner hits reply waht my user receives is an email that appears to come from the owner but only contains my users oginal message not the owners reply. They can print to pdf and email thier reply to him.as attachment It looks fine on thier end abd you can see thier reply.
It was happening when he was in Asia and still that he is back in USA. IT is only happen with 2 users over there. I have talked to others who correspond with the owner and noone is complaining of the issue.
it puzzles me and Asia techsupport was clueless ( his words) I would like to help them if i could but do not know much about Lotus nottes.
My user has been scanned and is clean adn is fully updated. The emai he recives is the same as the archive server shows as received..
