Voice call problem using communicator 2005

In my company we have 2 sites connected using ISA SERVER 2004.

My chat communication in communicator 2005 works perfect.However, when I try to make a voice call to talk with somebody in the remote site the following problem occur:
1) When I make the call I cannot listen the other side, but the remote side can heard me. And viceversa
I had turned off the windows xp firewall, but nothing change.
