Outlook97 is not really a client/server appication.
Of course you can share on two win95 computers the outlook.pst file in which your e-mail, tasks, contacts etc. are. With sharing this file (mostly called outlook.pst) you should be able to work with a shared calendar. However,I don't know if you can enter this file simultaneously. Outlook98 has more options for sharing files and there are several shareware programs which can what you want. Look at www.tucows.com.
