Anyone know how to disable &quot;reply-to-all&quot; functionality in Outlook 2000? &nbsp;<br />

Neat solutions would be:<br />
<br />
1. How to programatically remove or disable the button from the toolbar (if disabled, throw a warning when clicked) <br />
<br />
or <br />
<br />
2. How to write a rule (if possible) on the mail server to suppress outgoing messages with more than say 25 recipients, while notifying the sender that this has occurred.<br />
