Hi,
How to configure the Distribution List showing the distribution list's name. If the recepeint receive the email, only the distribution list name appeared not all the email addresses included in the list. I understand can it be done using BCC but I want the other way.

If you send to a global dist list it will keep the dist name but the user can still double click on the name to see who is in this dist list now ( it doesnt keep a copy of the list as it was when the message was sent, this can be a killer or usefull)
So if you want to hide the names you must use the bcc method ( this will have better tracing ) if you just want it to look pretty then setup a global dist list not a personal one.

You are not going to like this answer, but a personal distribution list is always expanded by the Outlook client at the time of sending because the server will have no clue who is inside a client side distribution list. The only time a distribution list is not expanded by default is when the list is managed by a Microsoft Exchange server.
