Thank you for your time, I see now that whilst you can set a Flag for a Contact from the ContactForm you can not do it by code.

Browse All TopicsI have a custom contact form and wish a flag to be set automatically using the date from a text Box txtBox1 with CustomProperty DateFlag as flag date when the form is saved.
I can not seem to find the code that makes this happen! Can someone assist please?

Hi PRHawkes,
have you tried to do that in the Item_Write event? What do you mean with the FollowUp Flag? This is not an original contact property. If you mean the FlagDueBy for the notification that doesn't work in contact items. It works only in appointment and mail items.
