How do I setup so that my email info will automatically be stored in a .pst file

Open an explorer window (any window that shows folder conents)
click Tools->Folder Options
View tab
Click the checkbox that says: show hidden files
Click OK
Do a search for your PST again
(The outlook PST by default is in a hidden directory in your user profile)
something like: c:\documents and settings\%username%\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook if you are using win2k
