If it were possible you would have gotten the method described. There are some things that are just not worth putting a lot of effort into. If there were hundreds of thousands out there who had this problem someone would write a program to do it. As I found out when writing one of my programs, when there is only one or two users out there it will be quite a financial bust.

You can't. The rules are not interchangeable. You can back them up from one computer and restore them on another with the same version of OL.
