I found this problem and the result was that the user had sent all meeting requests to be sent to delegates and not to the user.

Browse All TopicsIn Outlook 2000 & 2003, I have users who are intermittently losing (or not receiving) meeting requests. They are NOT set for AutoAccept, and the problem is not isolated to meeting requests from particular users. What do I do?

Hi apklatoz,
THe only way to verify is to run a few test requests to these users, as it is almost always user error. Are the meetings showing up on user's calendar?
Also, check to see if users have set delegates to receive meeting requests for them
