Outlook 2000 Message Body Truncated. Windows 98.

I'm using Outlook 2000 SP3, with Exchange Server 5.5.
When I recieve e-mails forwarded by someone, its truncated (some part of the body from the end is missing)... The message size is not more 18 KB without any attachment it's a pretty lengthy message.
The operating System is Windows 98.

My Mail profile is configured with Exchange mailbox and PST. My delivery settings are set to deliver to PST. I also tried creating a new profile with just Exchange still the message is truncated.

Outlook Mail Format is set to microsoft Outlook Rich text. doesnt make a difference if i change it HTML.

Let me know if anyone has faced this problem before.

Here's another update, when I check that e-mail with OWA everything works fine the message is not truncated.
So I guess its gotto do something with Outlook 2000 and Windows 98. I have seen a KB article which says that Windows 95 /98 with Outlook 2000 has problem with body message being more than 64 KB, however in my case the message body is just 18 KB

Please let me know if there is a solution to this, If this is a known issue please provide me with the KB Article from Microsoft.

Sounds like you've seen this article, but make sure MLANG.DLL is greater than version 6.0.2600.0

If it's not, either upgrade IE to the latest service pack or if you already are at the latest service pack, extract the new version of MLANG.DLL from the Internet Explorer cab files.

The IE cab files are located in one of 2 places:

c:\windows\windows update setup files

or

c:\windows update setup files
