0x80040201 sending report error message

I am getting a 0x80040201 sending report error when I send email from Outlook 2003.  I deleted the email account and the error moved to the new default account.  I re entered the deleted account and made it the default and the error move along with the default change.  I am getting messages from my contacts that their provider has told them the email that I send is unstable and can not be accepted.  Please help me fix this problem

The error only occures against the default email address.  I have changed the default address and the error message follows the one that is the default.  I repaired the Outlook program using the Office 2003 disk but it did not help with this problem.

I will try to set up a new Outlook profile and let you know accordingly.  I really appreciate the help.
Okay, I set up a new Outlook profile and email address and I got the same error message, i.e.

Task at email account - sending error (0x80040201): unknown error 0x80040201

My IP said they believed it was in the Outlook program.  Its driving me nuts as the message pops up ever time Outlook trys to send/receive.

Hope you know the solution.  Thanks
cud u check the same account in Outlook express and report back how it goes.

try to check email disabling temporarily firewall and anti-virus
Outlook Express was removed last year when Office 2003 was installed.  Also, the firewall in XP was turned off when Office was installed.  I turned of the antivirus but still got the error message.  I ran my installation Office 2003 disk and had it repair Office but it did not fix this problem.  Where do we go from here?
I ran PC MightyMax this is what it found but it has not been able to fix them.  How can we fix them?

Grateful with any help in fixing my Outlook invalid registry paths as set forth above.
Try doing this. Download RegSeeker. Install it and run it.
Remove all the entries that it shows as "invalid" , when you do a cleanup of registry
once removing , restart the machine and check what happens
