thank you man, after I created a new outlook form with FROM box in there, I went I checked your answer and you are 100% right it under the Options drop dwon in the Tool Bar

I believe if you open outlook and choose new message you can choose the options icon on the toolbar and then choose to view the from field, or it is under the "view" option.
I am almost positive it is on the toolbar and just highlight each icon and find the options one and then you should be able to find it and it is in the same spot where you can choose to show the bcc field.
