Now after logging on to computer as normal user and starting Outlook the Outlook window flashes on the screen then the following error message is displayed: Can not start Microsoft Office Outlook. "Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not avialable. Contact your Administrator..."
Have uninstalled software as Administrator and reinstalled it and when I log on as normal user and try and setup Outlook, receive the above error message.
What set of folders can not be opened?
Thanks up front for any help.
