Using Outlook 2003 with hotmail brings up endless "Enter Network Password" dialog boxes

I installed Outlook 2003 solely to use it with Hotmail. Right after installation, I added a new account to it with my hotmail credentials, and it worked perfectly until the first Send/Receive, at which point it prompted me to "Enter Network Password". I put in my hotmail credentials and clicked OK, and it just came back up. I clicked cancel, and it went away, but now it comes up every time Outlook Send/Receives. How can I get rid of that?
