Displaying OL2003 Public Folders in Sharepoint

Here is the situation:  I have a number of users who need to view the contents of a public-folder archive, restricted to a certain group of users who have NT accounts, but do NOT have Outlook.

My first idea was to have a VB script deatch the bodies to a network share and have our web guru write a sharepoint interface to view the contents.  I'd prefer to avoid this if possible.  Is there any easy way to interface to between Sharepoint and OL, without using OWA?  I just need the users to VIEW and PRINT the contents.  I'm trying to avoid having to do a lot of VB or taxing the our already overworked Web/Exchange team.
