outlvba.dll file is disabled in outlook
When I try to open outlook I keep getting the following error message : "outlook experienced a serious error last time the add in microsoft VBA for outlook add in was opened. Would you like to disbale this add-in .." I cannot select "no" and so the outlvba.dll file is disabled in outlook

go to Outlook - HELP - ABOUT MICROSOFT OUTLOOK - DISABLED ITEMS - and select waht you want to re-enable.
