Browse All TopicsA client on an NT server network with MS Exchange.
Recently the site had some power problems and servers went down. This particular user now has the email auto-complete feature only working until she re-boots, then she has to start from scrathc again whilst Outlook "remembers" the auto-completes. I have checked all auto-complete seetings in Outlook all OK. All other users fine.
Using Outlook (MS Office) XP on Windows XP Pro PC. Everything else in Outlook OK
Any ideas?

Autocomplete names are stored on a .NK2. It may be corrupt. Search for and rename the file. .NK2 file is a hidden file, so you have to unhide hidden files.Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Cleck "Show hidden files and folders".
