I have a user here that is receiving emails with attachments from a particular client but he does not see the attachments at all in the emails that he receives. Another user who also gets the emails from the same clients, sees the attachments. This user is having this issue only with emails from this particular sender. What could be the issue here?
He gets attachments from anyone else fine but not from this particular sender.
I checked his Outlook settings and there is nothing out of the ordinary that I see.
Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

Hi wnwilde,
Have you checked for any specific rules or any Outlook add-ins in his Outlook that could potentially be stripping out attachments?
Can the sender send a different type of attachment like Word doc or PDF file and see if the behavior is same for all attachments or only specific attachments?
To determine if it is an outlook issue, you may want to setup his/her email account in Outlook Express in the same machine and check what happens.
