When I create new email message the signature inserted is the correct one I want to use for all email correspondance, but when I select reply Outlook inserts and old signature but there is no listing for this old signature so that I can edit it and correct the information in it. My signatures listed under mail format lists only one ands it is the new one. Where would I find this other signature.
Also I think this problem is related when I replay to a email the defaut is plain text but I always want rich or html.
thanks

Signatures, by default,are stored:
%userprofile%/application data/microsoft/Signatures
When you reply, it will always take the form of the original email. IE if I send you an email in plain text, and you reply, it will be in plain text.
Hope this helps
