Switching between English and Spanish Dictionaries for spell checking.

I have users who need to use a Spanish spell checker at times.  Like with Word, set the keyboard to Spanish, type up your doc run it through spell checker and Word uses the Spanish dictionary.  How do you set this up in Outlook?  We're using MS Office 2003.
