I am getting error messages when I open my Micorsoft Office XP Pro

I am getting error messages when I open up my Word or Outlook. I recently purchased a Dell 170 with  with Win XP Professional -- I am trying to install my Office XP Pro software that I purchased with my Dell Inspiron 8200 several years back that also had XP Pro. The Software came from Dell but they are Microsoft OEM disc I believe -- I have tried to uninstall the application and reinstall -- the product key seems to be working but  if I open up Outlook I get these series of error message and if I do not open up Word in safe mode I am never able to get into my outlook
