Question

How do I take a user's .csv file and import it to her outlook?

OK here it is.  I gave myself "full mailbox access" to her mailbox.  I open it from my computer and see all her existing contacts.  I am trying to use the import routine in Outlook to import a csv file, but I don't see it listed at the destination folder.  How can I do this?

1.  Click on the Inbox
2.  Click on File > Import and Export

You'll see .CSV as an itme you can import.

nope.   I know that I can do this, but I dont see her mailbox listed as a desitiation.  I only see mine and my archive.

Hi jcistaro,

I don't believe you can import into someone else's mailbox.  A quick workaround is to import them into a folder in your account and then move them to her account.

I added a new contact folder and imported them there and then dragged them to hers...KUDOS!!!!
