My boss just hired an assistant. He wants her to be able to have both her and his outlook folders open so that she can see incoming mails and set up his calendar, tasks, etc.
So far, I was only able to have her open his Inbox, but that's not enough because:
(a) You have to swtich back and forth (not terrible, but not very desirable either)
(b) She needs not only his Inbox, but the whole mailbox.
We have Outlook 2003 on XP machines in a SBS 2003 network.
How do I do that?
