Better search utility for Outlook 2003

Hi,
Our management is somewhat not satisfied with the search utility provided by Outlook 2003, previously we were using Eudora as pop client and search option here is very flexible and easy to use unlike Outlook.
Although Outlook provides more flexibility in other areas its search utility lacks many things.
Is there any other utility/tool available as a plug in to Outlook 2003 which provides better search options which is easy to use.

Google Destop Search indexes emails in Outlook and is very flexible.

It's on the Google site, free of charge and can be removed without a problem is you don't like it.

I have used it previously for this same reason.

You can also check with Microsoft Desktop Search or Look out. These two softwares are really good.
