Hello I have teh ceo that wants to create  asub folder in his outlook, and then have his secritary havce access to that folder. how woudl I do this

i see how to share teh folder, but how do I get the user to access it after I share it?

If mailboxes on exchange as you have given rights on the folder to be shared in CEO mailbox:
Modify secretary Email Account
More settings
Advanced Tab: add mailbox, pickup CEO mailbox, Ok,Ok,OK

Secretary need permissions being granted to open CEO mailbox root (Mailbox - theBoss) to access the sub folder

i want just the folder that is called priority 1 on teh ceo to have priority 1 on the secretary box do i just go file open other user folder?
